PATHWAY TO REVELATION
Romans 7:12 Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.
JESUS TELLS THE RICH MAN...
Luke 18:19 And Jesus said unto him, why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God.
Now that this is said, we know the law is... GOD."
When we tell someone that that person is a "Good Person" we are actually saying that this person is a God Person!
At that point, the messenger of Satan, that speaks with this sin in our flesh, as it told Paul, tormented him all the time, that this person that you say is good, Satan will find something about this person that will cause you to notice right away, and then you, listening to this Messenger, will no longer think of this person as "Good".
The Messenger of Satan, he will also instruct you to elevate this person, and yes, Satan, if he thinks he can get us to place Glory in the person of the flesh, he will let this Person, and many more like you, that hears the Messenger of Satan, tell everyone how great a person this is, and we will be telling everyone, and they tell someone esle, and afterwhile, Satan has himself, in this Self Gfoy, Selfrighteousnes, let this go on and on, until he will use a strong device, and being this person down in sin, commiting the sin of Selfrighteousnes, and then Satan will have, not on the person in selfrighteousness, but man other that have placed their faith in this person, saying he is a Preacher, when the Preacher falls, man will fall with this Preacher.
We all, not  to many years ago, we wittness this fall of a Preacher that had elevated himself us, and had millions following him, and even I myself, I thought, and yes, he started out as a Godly man, preaching the Gospel, and yes, I loved to hear him preach, and yes, like many, sent money to this Preacher.
Then, all of a sudden, he had committed adultry, and brothers, and sisters, many of the Church organazations supported this preacher, I won't name names, but I would say that you know who this Preacher was that, at the time, had others setting in front of him, teaching, elevating himself above the ones sitting in front of him, and then the truth came that he had committed Fornication, and bam" there went with his fall, many that had their faith in a Preacher, and man in the flesh.
You see, Paul writes how we, first are looking at the "Flesh Person" which in the flesh, there is none good, or none God, as Jesus says to this Rich Commandant Keeper, this many that has kept all the commandants from his youth up.
The problem with this young rich ruler, he has kept all the commandants, which is great, but is not good, that is, the commandants is good, or god, but he thinks that he is Good enough in himself by just keeping all the commandants.
Jesus loves him, as it says, but Jesus also tells him that he "Lackest One Thing".
I suppose that this must have caused him to think, and if it sounds as if he came  to Jesus, asking what More he can do to "Inherit Eternal Life" he just opened this opportunity for Jesus to teach him, and all of us, that there is nothing that anyone of us can do to inherit eternal life, except to come to God, as this says...
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
You see, here is where Jesus drives the Nail home, as we say.
This plainly tells me that, although he comes bouncing up to Jesus, he opens his mouth right away, and calls Jesus "Good Master" which is saying that this person that is doing all the miracles, and much more, this rich man thinks that he must be just like him, "Good Master".
To others, he was a Ruler, and a Ruler was thought of as a "Master" or "lord"
That was his problem, as he was, and had been doing this, keeping the law for a purpose, that is, to get rich.
I think that he thinks, with this Power to do all this that Jesus is doing, if he can have this, he was thinking how much more wealth he would be able to accumulate, as he had kept the commandant for that purpose.
It may not have started out that way, but he, like a lot of "Famous Preacher" today, look how they become very wealthy, and they beg for your money, and tell you, that if you will send money to them, that god will prosper you with wealth.
My friend, sure, god wants to bless his people in Material things, and does just that, but remember you cannot buy god, as god is not for sale.
Being rich is not wealth, with god.
God considers us to be wealthy, or as this says...
Ephesians 3:14-18 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
Paul goes on to explain this Riches in Glory, which is...
Colossians 1:27 To whom God would make known what the riches of the glory of this mystery is among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
You see, being wealthy is not what Paul is writing about, that is, talking about money, or being wealthy.
Paul tells us that when Christ is in you and I, this is the "Hope of Glory' and is worth more than money.
This Glory in you is, this is the Word of God, and the Holy Ghost, not only upon you, but the Holy Ghost moving upon you, he moves, rewards you, not with Mammon, but according to how much you have "Studied to show yourself approved unto to God.
You are not rewarded because you are approved by others, but rewarded because God look through the Word of God dwelling in you, and through, and by the Holy "Ghost' this lets you enter the veil, and appear before, and go right to the Throne of God, and come Boldly.
This throne, this is known as the "Throne Of Grace"
Hebrews 4:12-16 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do. Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
Grace is that which rewards us, not that we are worthily ourselves, but that by this that Jesus has made possible, made a way into the Throne of Grace for us, as Sons of God.

1 John 3:1-5 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifies himself, even as he is pure. Whosoever committeth sin transgresses also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
